We believe the art of design should be influenced by the science of data and information. We use a data-aware approach to problem solving.
I am not your user. You are not your user. We go out and talk to your potential users and gather data on their goals, pain points, habits, etc. to better their experience with your brand.
TIME IS MONEY
After the initial meeting, we are happy to touch base via video conference, in fact, we encourage this. This saves both of us on traveling time, a 1 hr meeting will stay 1 hr, and we can have as many catch up as we need.
Let’s face it, the 9-5 workday was vestige from a time long before the internet. We understand that we all have lives outside of our work therefore we are flexible with timing. That’s not to say we work 24/7, we just manage our time very well.
PROCESS IS KEY
We have a process for every project, this process has been tried and tested and it works well for us. Having a strict process means we can measure and evaluate success, therefore improve.
LEAN AND AGILE
Our business model means we save on overheads and our clients save on fees. You’ll be working with a core leadership team of three, who will manage a team of experts (photographers, videographers, marketeers, social media experts, web developers, etc) to draw from on an as-needed basis depending on your project’s requirements.
PAYING IT FORWARD
We have a list of like minded suppliers who use the latest technologies for reducing waste and environmental impact. We also support organisations such as Youthworx, a video and photography production company which focuses on training disadvantaged youths, providing them with training for a career in the creative industry. By the end of each year, 50% of our profit will also go to our chosen charities.
